“Just wanted to let everyone know we had a really bad fire this morning. We lost our kennel building / barn/ shop along with everything near them. Inside we lost 7 moms and their litters along with lochs new hound. This is unbelievably hard for me and no where near ready to talk about it. I never in my life have asked for help. We are ok the house is ok. Thats most important. Our one problem is all our dog food and hay shavings collars leashes all dog things for the dogs was stored in the barn. Making sure our dogs needs are met is very important so if any one has dog food hay or shavings or other dog stuff they would like to share with us it would be very much appreciated.”

 

Bri and her family have given myself, family members, and friends some of the greatest gifts in this life. She loves and cares for her animals unlike anyone I’ve ever seen. There is nothing that could ever replace the beautiful lives that were tragically lost, but all we can do is try to help her get up each day and keep going and caring for her family and farm.
