Dear friends and faith community,
My name is Dalton, and I’m reaching out with a heavy but hopeful heart on behalf of my dear co-worker Russell and his precious family.
A moment that shook them to their core, Russell, his girlfriend, and his brother-in-law were involved in a severe car accident and are now hospitalized, fighting through pain and a long road to recovery. By God’s grace, they are alive and receiving care, but the journey ahead is daunting.
Amid this trial, Russell’s sister—who was mercifully spared from the accident—is carrying the weight of caregiving with incredible strength. At 4 months pregnant with her own little miracle, she is selflessly running between hospitals, tending to her brother, his girlfriend, and her husband, all while nurturing the new life God has entrusted to her. Her faith and love shine brightly, even as this takes a tremendous toll on her body and spirit.
These four beloved souls share one home, bound by deep family love and dependence on one another. With three unable to work, they now face the fear of falling behind on rent, bills, groceries, and daily needs. In this season of hardship, we are called to be the hands and feet of Christ—to lift them up when they cannot stand alone.
We are trusting in God’s provision through His people, and every gift will help cover:
• Monthly rent to keep their home safe and secure
• Utilities, groceries, and essential expenses
• Any additional needs during recovery
As James 2:15-16 reminds us, faith without works is dead. Your donation—no matter the size—is a beautiful act of faith in action, showing this family that they are surrounded by prayer and God’s loving community. If you feel led to give, know that you are answering a prayer. If you cannot donate, please join us in fervent prayer for complete healing, peace that surpasses understanding, and provision beyond what we can imagine.
We believe in a God who heals, who provides, and who turns trials into testimonies. Thank you for partnering with us in faith to carry this family through to the other side—stronger, closer to Him, and ready to welcome their new blessing.
In His love and gratitude,
Dalton Chekos
