Help Russell & Doris Rebuild After Flood

My name is Melissa Newsom, my parents’, Russell & Doris Thacker’s home was flooded during the 2/15/25 flooding disaster. They lost everything. They have been “approved” by FEMA BUT it is not nearly enough to get their home back liveable. All the walls & flooring had to be stripped out. They had no homeowners insurance.
