Hi, My name is Russ, I was born and raised in Greeley CO. I was in the construction industry doing concrete work for 28 years before moving on to working for Colorado Department of Transportation at which I have done regular highway maintenance before proceeding on to running the specialized equipment for paving operations and ditch cleaning. In the winter I drive a snow plow to make the roads safer for the traveling public. My life Changed dramatically when I was diagnosed with a rare form of esophageal cancer that has since spread to other organs in my body. I am heading to Phoenix AZ for further tests and hopefully treatment to combat this disease.  My daughter her husband and my precious 2 year old granddaughter live in Phoenix and I would be able to spend more time with them.  Expenses are mounting at an astronomical rate as I am not able to work during the treatment process.
