Help rural FD purchase a Thermal Imaging Camera

Please consider joining me in making a difference for a local community's rural fire department. I am raising money for Richland Rural Fire Protection District, (RFD) and any donation will help make an impact.

As members of Richland's dedicated fire department, we are committed to ensuring the safety and protection of our community, day and nights. However, to enhance our capabilities and better serve our district, we need your support.

We are reaching out to request assistance in acquiring a vital piece of equipment in the fire service: an NFPA compliant thermal imaging camera. This camera will play a crucial role in our firefighting operations by allowing us to detect heat signatures through smoke, darkness, and even in walls. With a thermal imaging camera, we will be able to quickly locate trapped individuals, identify hot spots, and navigate hazardous environments with greater precision and safety.

Unfortunately, due to budget constraints, our department currently does not have the ability to purchase an NFPA compliant thermal imaging camera. The thermal imager in use by the department is non-NFPA compliant and unreliable for Search and Rescue operations for victims in a fire or to assist in life and property saving measures. To raise the funds to purchase this essential tool, we are turning to the online community for help. Your generous contributions will directly impact our ability to respond effectively to emergencies and save lives.
