Our cat Runi is facing a life-threatening emergency and needs surgery today to remove a foreign object from his intestines. He’s only a year old, and we’ve had him since last December, but he’s already become a huge part of our family. We rushed him to the vet after he started showing signs of distress, and the diagnosis was an intestinal blockage that requires immediate surgery. Without this operation, Runi’s life is at serious risk.

We’ve already spent a significant amount on emergency vet visits and x-rays, and now we’re facing the cost of surgery, follow-up care, and medication. On top of that, we have transportation expenses and Jeremy has had to take time off work to help care for Runi. The financial strain is overwhelming, but we’re determined to do everything we can to save him.

Runi means the world to us. He’s the best cat we could have hoped for—he plays fetch, loves his favorite blue mouse, and has brought so much joy and comfort into our lives.
