Brandee adores her dog Rumi, a 4-year-old, 55-pound Siberian husky who has been her loyal companion through thick and thin. On December 27, Rumi was tragically hit by a car, leaving her with a broken front right leg. Since then, she has spent the past 6-8 weeks in a cast, bravely enduring the healing process with Brandee by her side every step of the way. Despite their best efforts and hope for recovery, Rumi now needs urgent surgical care to repair her leg. Without this surgery, the heartbreaking reality is that her leg may need to be amputated. The funds raised will go directly toward Rumi’s surgery and the follow-up care she needs to heal and regain her mobility. Every contribution, no matter the size, will make a real difference in giving Rumi the chance to run, play, and enjoy life with Brandee once again. Thank you in advance—this act of kindness will help a girl and her beloved dog. It will be life-changing for Rumi, and Brandee will forever be grateful for your support and generosity.
