Help my dog Rufio with surgery

Hey everyone, thanks for taking time to read this. I hate have to ask for help like this, but my sweet boy has been diagnosed with a perineal hernia and needs surgery to have it removed. It’s expensive but with an 85% success rate with surgeries I am confident he will have a full recovery and live another great number of years. My Santa Cruz mountain bike is also for sale, worth about 5,000 new, I’m selling it for 3k. Please help anyway you can, Thankyou.
