Support Rudina and Her Children in Gaza

Hi, my name is Audrey Benson, and I’m from the United States. I’m raising funds for Rudina Alakhras, a dear family friend living in Gaza, who is facing unimaginable hardship due to the ongoing war.

I met Rudina’s brothers a few years ago while doing research in Greece, and through them, I got to know her story. Rudina is a mother of six - including a baby who was born during the war. Right now, she and her children are living in a tent, with no stable shelter, little food, and no clean water.

She’s lost her home, her job, and all means of providing for her children. What she needs now is simple—basic survival essentials and the tools to work again.

How the Funds Will Reach Her

All funds will be transferred directly from my account to Rudina’s using Western Union, one of the few reliable ways to send money to Gaza right now. I’m personally managing this process to ensure every dollar reaches her safely.

Previously, her brother had started a fundraiser and raised over $1,000 - but unfortunately, the campaign was shut down, and everything was lost. So now, we’re starting again, inshallah, with faith and hope.
