I'm the Mom behind Roasted By Mom Coffee, and now I'm building something new: Rude Girl Coffee, a mobile coffee cart with attitude.

The name comes from ska music and Jamaican subculture. The "rude girls" were the bold, rebellious ones who weren't afraid to stand out. That's the energy I'm bringing to the streets of Portland.

I roast the beans myself. Now I'm ready to serve them directly to you.
