help ruby walk after being hit by a car

hello i’m ruby and im 19, on 7/25/2025 i was involved in a incident where i got t-boned by a car going 35/45mph while making a left turn,my parents are immigrants so they don’t have much and i was saving up to go back to school since i had just graduated a year ago today but now i am stuck trying to figure out if i will even be able to walk through the stage with both my legs

broken spleen

gashed liver

lost 3 main arteries in my left leg

muscle tear in left arm

broken finger on left arm

completely fractured ankle bones

currently as of august 3rd ,2025 i will be discharged from the hospital and sent home with metal rods in my legs but don’t have medicare since i just started working and got taken off my parents plan
