My name is Sophia Valero, and I am the daughter of Ruben Valero. On Monday, my father suffered a devastating fall at work, resulting in severe injuries, including three brain bleeds, a fractured skull, a shattered shoulder plate and collar bone, and nine broken ribs—just to name a few.

My father is the heart and soul of our family, a devoted provider, a hardworking man, and a person of deep faith in Jehovah. He has always been the kind of person to help anyone in need, without hesitation. Now, in this difficult time, he needs our support.

This has been incredibly hard on my mother, who has been by his side every step of the way, doing everything she can to keep him strong. After more than 30 years of marriage, seeing him in this condition is heartbreaking.

With his extended hospital stay and facial surgery, we are reaching out for help with medical and living expenses during this challenging time. Any support, no matter how small, would mean the world to us.
