I have been battling cancer for almost two years, and it has turned my life upside down. Having cancer is like having a full-time job, with countless doctor appointments and treatments. The loss of income, insurance, and housing has made things even harder. I have not been able to work since July 12, 2024, and every day is a struggle to keep up with medical bills, food, and basic living expenses.

After two years of fighting, I am financially devastated. I need help with medical bills I cannot afford, and my food, housing, and insurance security have all been affected. I sincerely need support for daily and monthly expenses, as well as medical bills, so I can focus on my health and recovery.

I have spent my life helping others in the community. My 24-year career in affordable housing allowed me to continue my life's work of humanitarian efforts. When I was diagnosed with cancer, not only did I lose my health, but I lost my job and housing. I began the process of applying for SSDI, but it has not been granted yet, and I am now living below the poverty line. I need help to continue to secure food, housing, and medications.
