My name is Roy, and I’m reaching out because I’m facing a tough situation. I live on a limited income, and recently my van broke down. The repairs are extensive—the wheel hub, CV joint, and rack and pinion all need to be replaced, and the cost for parts and labor is more than I can afford right now.
