Hey there! First off, we would like to say that Roxy's is very excited to be back, even if it's just Fridays and Saturdays for now. Although we have not opened our doors fully just yet, we are still very excited to be able to serve the community once again!

With saying all that, we came across a few hiccups on the new location and renovations that need to be addressed that turned out be more than we expected and put a dramatic delay on our GRAND OPENING. We didn't plan nor anticipate any setbacks and were hoping it was going to be an easy transition, but nonetheless, we will get it all taken care of in due time. Our small little business has been striving through thick and thin since 2017 and seriously didn't imagine it still going 8 years later. I have serviced the low carb & diabetic community for so long and now have come to a road block. We love you all so much and just can't wait to be fully back and operational on a daily. Your support means the world to us.
