Help Roxy Get Her Groove Back!

Roxy is a dog I witnessed getting hit by a car. She had to go to the emergency vet and her owners, unable to pay for her care, relinquished her to me. I am raising money to defray the cost of her emergency visit and the further medical work she will need once she is stable enough to be transferred to my own vet.
