Hi, I’m Roxanne, also known as Roxy Cakes. I run a small home baking business here in Leicestershire. Baking isn’t just my job—it’s my passion and the way I support myself through something I truly love.

This year has been incredibly tough. Rising living costs have reduced my income, and now my professional oven—the heart of my business—has broken down. The repair cost is around £1,500 or possibly even more, which I simply can’t afford right now.

I feel very uncomfortable asking for help, but I have no other choice. To make matters worse, I had already booked autumn and Christmas fairs, which I can no longer attend. I paid a lot for those spaces, so missing them means even more financial loss.
