Help Roxxie Survive Depression and Mental Health Crisis

Hello,

I'm stuck in a crisis of mental health and financial instability, and after years of repeated failure, it's become clear I can't dig out on my own. I need help, and I don't know where to find it.

For those who don't know me, I'm Roxxie, a 12x AVN-nominated transgender model and performer living in Las Vegas. I've struggled with clinical depression and autistic burnout my entire adult life, but never so badly as the last few years.

I've kept pushing myself through it because I love this job, and I don't have anything else to fall back on, but I've reached a point where I struggle to go even a single day without suicidal thoughts. Even things as simple as opening my editing software or checking my emails make me dangerously depressed and anxious. Eventually, the stress took such a toll that my physical health cratered, too. Last year I developed an antibiotic-resistant infection that had me bedridden for six months. It's become clear to me that continuing to work through this would be reckless and self-destructive.

I'm not retiring, and I'm not giving up. I just desperately need time away to heal. Not just a self-care day - real, meaningful time to rebuild my support system, get my health back under control, and find the right combination of therapy and medications. I can't do that while still pushing my body and brain hard enough to work and earn a living, and I already have a mountain of medical bills and debt I might never be able to pay off as it is.

I don't know how long I'll need. I've set this fundraiser goal at the minimum amount I'd expect to keep me above water for a year, and even that deadline feels like it might be putting too much pressure on myself to return quickly. If you have anything to spare, I could really use the help.
