Hi, I'm Rachel, the new owner of Miss Roxie she was given to me a week before Christmas from a. Neighbor who said he could no longer take care of her. I wasn't informed that she was pregnant so I now have to do what I can for her. I got information from neighbors friend that Roxie cannot go through another birth. She's super high risk so I'm going through with an abortion and the spay together. It's a last minute ,high cost that I didn't expect or get to plan or save for.
