Roxie has been my loyal companion through some of the toughest years of my life. Over the past couple of years, she’s had to undergo two major surgeries, with the most recent one just last August. Thanks to the kindness of friends and supporters, we were able to get her the care she needed, and I’m still working to repay those who helped us then.

Yesterday, Roxie was diagnosed with a mast cell tumor. The tumor is still small enough that surgery can take care of it, but it’s growing quickly—quadrupling in size over the last eight weeks. If it gets much larger, surgery alone won’t be enough, and she would need chemotherapy. Time is of the essence to give her the best chance at a healthy future.

The funds raised will go directly toward Roxie’s pre-op bloodwork, her surgery, any medications she’ll need, and her post-op recovery. I’m also facing my own health challenges and financial hardships, and my vehicle needs a costly repair that I have to put off for now. I’ve been working two full-time jobs for almost four years just to get by. I’m so embarrassed to need to ask for help again, but I would do anything for Roxie.
