Roxie is my daughter's dog and her mother's emotional support animal. She has been with us since she was a puppy and is truly part of our family. Last night, we had to rush Roxie to the animal emergency room because she had a blockage in her urethra. The emergency procedure was difficult for her, and while she is home now on antibiotics and pain medication, the veterinarians have told us that she urgently needs surgery to remove the stones in her bladder. If we wait too long, another stone could become lodged, and she could end up needing another emergency procedure, which is both risky and stressful for everyone.

Roxie is not just a pet—she is a source of comfort and support for my daughter and her mother, who both struggle with panic and anxiety attacks. The thought of losing Roxie is devastating for all of us, and especially for them. She means the world to our family, and we want to do everything we can to help her get healthy again.
