Dear Family, Friends and Kind Hearted Individuals,

We are starting this Go Fund Me on behalf of our beautiful friend, Roxanne Hatty. Roxanne is an exemplary mother, wife, daughter, sister, teacher and friend. Her vast love and devotion to her husband Eric and their 5 children James, Samantha, Sarah, Sylvia and Jude, is shown in everything that she does. Roxanne is filled with God’s love and shares that love with those around her daily.

On Wednesday May 17, 2023, Roxanne was rushed into emergency surgery after experiencing excruciating stomach pain for days. When she woke hours later, she heard the news no mother is prepared to hear. The excruciating pain was being caused by a cancerous tumor that traveled from her ovary to her colon. While the doctors were able to remove that tumor, they found the cancer had spread to her stomach and intestines. Roxanne is currently recovering from surgery but is still unable to eat and function normally. Once she is fully recovered from the surgery, she will undergo chemotherapy to treat the rest of the cancer.

Roxanne’s road to recovery will undoubtedly be challenging. The Hatty family is requesting prayers for healing and strength. Along with those prayers, we are asking for donations to help their family during this most difficult time. In times of adversity, the power of prayer and community shines brightest. Please join us in rallying together to uplift Roxanne and her family, reminding them that they are not alone in their journey towards healing. Any contribution, no matter how big or small, will make a tangible difference in easing the burden of medical expenses for the Hatty family.
