Hello. My name is Veronica and I am creating this fundraiser on behalf of my dearest friend, Roxana Romero. Roxana is a dedicated social worker who is committed to helping and serving our community. Unfortunately, she is now in need of much help and support for herself. Roxana has been diagnosed with Papillary Thyroid Cancer. This will be her second fight against this cancer. She will be undergoing an intrusive surgery to remove her lymph nodes and hopefully be rid of this cancer once and for all. Any donations she receives will be used towards medical expenses and any other expenses she may accrue during her recovery time. No donation is too small, and if you are unable to assist monetarily, we ask that you please keep Roxana in your prayers for her pending surgery and recovery.
