Hi, my name is Patricia, with my closest friends, I am fundraising for Rowena - one of my very dear childhood friends from Cebu, Philippines.

Wena (as most of us call her), has recently been diagnosed with stage 4 lung cancer. Doctors discovered lymphnodes in her throat a couple of weeks ago and further checking showed that there were several in the lungs and spine. Sadly, biopsy found the nodes malignant. Now, we are asking financial help to assist her on chemo sessions and other medical bills. She would initially need to undergo 6 chemo therapy sessions. Each session costs $1,200 (Php 60,000). Any amount you can share will surely go a long way in our goal to help in her fight the big C!

Wena is a mother of 4 kids and financially supporting them by herself. She will need all the help your kind hearts can give.
