You do not know Rowena, but I promise you that your life will be better the instant that you do. She has lived a quiet life. She never asked for anything of anyone, and she dedicated her life to the service of others. Rowena has worked in a restaurant. She quietly and diligently made others smile and leave content every day. When she began to feel ill, she did what she always does...work. She has always worked. She never went to the doctor, because she did not like to be a burden to anyone or complain. One day, the pain and dizziness was too great, and so she went. All of us lucky enough to know her felt our collective hearts break as we found out that Rowena had cancer...and it was stage IV. She has worked throughout this illness to pay to save herself. She has reached the point where it is an impossibility to fight and work at the same time. The cost has surpassed her insurances ability to cover her any longer, and she cannot do this alone.
