My best friend of 10+ years is one of the most caring people I know. She works two jobs as a caregiver in a memory care home, always putting others before herself. Recently, her beloved dog (best friend) Rosie had to have emergency surgery, which was both unexpected and overwhelming. Rosie means the world to her, and seeing her best friend in pain has been incredibly hard.

The costs for Rosie’s surgery and recovery are more than my friend can manage on her own. She’s had to miss days of work to care for Rosie, and with no extra at the end of the month, the financial strain is heavy.
