Help Rosie get to the vet

Hi. I’m a single dad of two girls. I’m living paycheck to paycheck without the help of my ex wife. My ex wife was evicted from her house and abandoned our family dog in a scorching hot house with no water and no open windows for days! I was able to get in and rescue her. I’m in desperate need of help getting Rosie settled with myself and my two girls. Rosie is 12 years old needs immediate vet care. She hasn’t been to a vet in probably seven years, since the divorce. She has fleas, skin issues, has not been vaxxed, and generally needs a full check up. Being able to save her was a complete surprise and was not in my budget, but we love her so much we had to step in. Any help you could give would be greatly appreciated!
