My friend Rosie Cantu’s house flooded March 27 to March 28. She celebrated her birthday wading in water up to her knees inside her house due to the Harlingen storm. Rosie loves her home & her pets and she did not want to leave, but ultimately friends & family convinced her to leave. Thanks to God many people have come to provide emotional & physical support.
