Roshonda is a 43-year-old mom navigating a difficult journey with a rare autoimmune disease called scleroderma. She has a sweet 5-year-old daughter who just started kindergarten, and it’s been hard for her to miss so many of these special moments.

Her deepest hope is to be home with her little girl by Christmas.
