My name is Roshell Banton. I am a 35 years old mom of five who has diagnosed with triple negative breast cancer since 2023 since being diagnosed, I have gone through six months of chemotherapy, double mastectomy, and two surgeries to correct complications from the mastectomy. I am currently doing immunotherapy treatment, which is a light dose of chemo done every six weeks with daily medication to be taken for a year. I am also required to start radiation therapy in the month of October, but due to my insurance being maxed out I am unable to afford treatment, To do radiation treatment in the Cayman Islands without health insurance is $200-$250,000 so I am trying to raise funds to do the radiation treatment in Jamaica where it is US$25,000 for the treatment.
