Hello, My name is Roshanda Edwards. I am deaf and currently do not have a job. I am struggling financially. I have a terrible pain in one of my tooth and need medical attention. Also I am having difficulty coming up with my property taxes that will be due in December. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
