Last night, my sister Rosetta, her husband Paul, and my niece Payton experienced a devastating house fire that took everything from them. In addition to losing their home and belongings, their three beloved dogs were caught in the fire. Payton’s dog Cooper sadly passed away, and Cy and Ruthie are currently fighting for their lives at the emergency vet. The heartbreak and shock are overwhelming, and my family is struggling to process this tragedy.


Rosetta has always been the kind of person who would do anything for anyone. She’s the first to lend a hand, offer a kind word, or support someone in need. Now, she and her family need help themselves. The funds raised will go directly toward covering emergency vet bills for Cy and Ruthie, as well as helping them replace essentials lost in the fire—clothing, food, and basic necessities to get through the coming days.
