Help Far South Side Moms Fund

My neighbor Sharissa had a wonderful idea to help out the moms of Roseland who need the very basics to keep their families fed and cared for. Most Roseland businesses are closed right now as a result of looting, and it's uncertain when they will be rebuilding/repairing/reopening. In a community that is already severely underserved with few amenities, this is an absolutely devastating loss. The need is urgent. 

We’re raising funds to get diapers, wipes, food, formula and whatever else is needed right now. Items will be purchased from Costco so we can buy in bulk and make the most of donations. 

*This was originally set up with the intent of helping Roseland moms, but we're going to gather supplies for any south side moms who need it. We may be partnering with a non-profit who can distribute to local communities. I will update as we know more. Thanks!
