Help Rose Recover Precious Memories

Hi everyone - as you probably know, our wonderful, incredible friend Rose's home was tragically one of the hundreds affected by the wildfires in the Pacific Palisades and the thousands across Los Angeles.

I don't think I need to detail what absolute gems Rose and her entire family are. Anyone who has met them for even two minutes knows this to be true & if you're here, it means you do too.

In the aftermath of such an unfathomable loss, there is of course an overwhelming amount of work to do and catalogue of things to try and be recovered. While the family's insurance coverage should help them to rebuild their home and cover many of their immediate needs and essentials, we're asking for help to provide Rose & her family some extra monetary support in starting to recover the little pieces of their lives over the last few decades that will be particularly hard to replace.

Naturally, Rose is most heartbroken over the small sentimental things that are gone: souvenirs and sweatshirts from trips and studying abroad, her graduation sashes and yearbooks, postcards and letters, concert t-shirts and tickets, newspaper clippings and mementos from campaigns she has worked on, etc. If you are someone who went on a trip with her, worked with her, have photos from when you were in school, etc. and you have any trinkets or tshatshkes from those times that you're okay parting ways with, I know it would mean the world to her to recover some of those memories. Please feel free to share with friends and family and any of Rose's loved ones, but Rose is generally a pretty private person so if you could please refrain from sharing this on any public forums, it would be really appreciated.
