On the night of July 4th, 2020, international soprano and crossover artist Rose Jang faced an unimaginable turn in her life. A sudden and tragic accident resulted in a traumatic brain injury, leaving her partially paralyzed and unable to walk unassisted—or even write with a pen.

But Rose’s story is not one of tragedy. It’s one of resilience, courage, and unwavering passion.

Since that day, Rose has devoted herself to an extraordinary recovery journey. She’s participating in advanced experimental therapies, including brain-computer interface (BCI) treatments, and has been accepted into groundbreaking clinical trials at leading research hospitals. With limited support from insurance, she’s made significant personal investments in therapies—doing everything in her power to rebuild her life and her voice.

For someone whose life has always been shaped by music, the loss of her vocal ability was perhaps the greatest heartbreak. But true to her spirit, Rose is not giving up. She’s working tirelessly through voice therapy and rehabilitation, determined to once again share her music with the world.
