I am Dr. Mohammed Harb, a dentist from Gaza, and I find myself reaching out to you during a time of profound challenge. My family and I have endured the harsh consequences of recent bombings, forcing us to leave our home. As we navigate the rubble of our past, I implore you to join us in rebuilding not just our lives but also our hope for a brighter future.

Our Story:

Imagine holding your newborn daughter in a tent with the wind whipping at the thin plastic walls; the only light is from a single candle. This is the reality for me, Dr. Mohammed Harb, a dentist from Gaza, who lost everything, my home, my clinic, and most importantly, my sense of security during the recent bombings.

I am not alone in this struggle. My wife, still recovering from childbirth, fights with health complications exacerbated by their harsh living conditions. Our newborn daughter, Rose, nearly a month old, deserves a soft blanket, not the cold earth.

The bombs took more than just bricks and mortar; they shattered our dreams. I, who am dedicated to caring for my community, can no longer practice my profession. The tools that once brought healing now lie buried under rubble. My wife, once a source of strength, now battles her own physical struggles.

The Israeli Defense Forces (IDF) issued their orders, and like countless others, we fled our home. The walls that once echoed laughter and relief now crumble, bearing witness to the devastation. The war took away not only our home but also my dental clinic, a place that held the echoes of healing and smiles. Now, we find ourselves displaced, living in the shadows of uncertainty in Rafah City.

A Desperate Plea:

The struggles we face are immense. Rose, our precious angel, deserves a childhood adorned with warmth and security, yet we find ourselves unable to provide even the basic necessities for her. The tents that surround us serve as a constant reminder of the fragility of life, while the absence of a proper bathroom, shared with all displaced civilians, compounds the challenges my wife faces in maintaining her health post-childbirth.

To donors, i would like to tell you how I will use the money

The money will be used to evacuate from Gaza through Rafah Borders, and the Egyptians ask for 7000$ as (coordination fees) per person to allow him to pass. This includes my family members, My daughter Rose, My wife Manar, My 2 younger sisters; Ruba and Basmalah, and myself.

Also I will give medical treatment to my wife because of the multiple issue she had afterbirth, and also my daughter who suffers from Malnutrition .

I will rent a small home for us, and also, will register my youngest sister, Basmalah to the university.

and if there is money, I will open a small dental clinic
