My name is Roscoe, and I am a parent just trying to keep my family safe after a devastating loss. A fire destroyed our home and my car, leaving me and my two children, Chloe (8) and Rock (16), with nothing. In a matter of minutes, everything we worked for and every comfort my children knew was gone.

Right now, we are displaced and staying with friends, but it is only temporary. We are trying to find stability again, a safe place for Chloe and Rock to sleep.
