Second update: Roscoe has been admitted for surgery set for tonight. Please pray for his speedy recovery!!!

Update: 3:25a.m. Roscoe has a broken femur. His thigh is swollen and he’s given pain meds for now. Will need to take him to specialty hospital for a board certified surgeon evaluation in just a few hours. I’m told cost for surgery is between $8000 to $10,000, not including other miscellaneous fees. Either that I’m told to amputate his leg to save money. Seriously?!!! I’m all out of tears. I refuse to have his leg amputated because I don’t have the funds.

I'm a proud mom to Roscoe. Roscoe is my best friend and companion. He has been my rock through my ups and downs.

He lost his footing and fell today while he was on the couch and landed on his right hip. While we wait in the emergency room, he is whimpering in pain. His leg is bent the wrong way and I’m afraid to move it. He yelps when I tried to straighten it.

I'm on disability, and my disability fund just ran out. I have no money or credit to apply for credit cards to pay his bill. The emergency vet does not offer in-house payment plans, and I don't want to not get care for Roscoe just because I don't have any money. So I'm on this platform pleading for any donation to help with his medical bills. I'm told he needs X-rays and further evaluation.

I'm eternally grateful for any help. Will post more pictures later once Roscoe is done being evaluated. Thank you.
