Roscoe is more than just a pet—he’s a beloved member of our family and has been our constant support through some of the hardest times. Recently, Roscoe developed a growth on his chest that is growing rapidly and has started to constrict his breathing. While he is otherwise healthy and full of life, this growth is putting his well-being at serious risk.

Our family has faced a lot of loss in a short period of time. We lost both of my parents unexpectedly within two months of each other, and my dad passed away in the car with my daughter and me. Through all of this heartbreak, Roscoe has been there for us, offering comfort and unconditional love when we needed it most. The thought of losing him now is more than we can bear.

We are reaching out because Roscoe needs surgery to remove the growth and help him breathe comfortably again. The funds raised will go directly toward his surgery and recovery. Update: some bloodwork came back negative so he needs additional testing which increased the bill $275. that is why the goal increased a little. I am also battling health issues of my own which has caused me to miss work and I don’t have any PTO so money is extra tight and I can’t afford to contribute anything.
