For the past several years, Rosa’s at Park has been more than just a restaurant, it’s been a place where our community comes together to celebrate birthdays, baby showers, graduations, holidays, and everyday moments. I've watched families grow, friendships form, and memories be made over food, music, and laughter.

Like many small businesses, I've faced challenges I never could have predicted. While our weekends remain busy, weekday traffic combined with rising operating costs has made it increasingly difficult to keep up with rent, utilities, vendor payments, and past-due bills. Despite working tirelessly and doing everything I can to stay afloat, the financial gap has continued to grow.

This restaurant is not backed by a large corporation, it is owner-operated, community-built, and deeply personal. I am a business owner, a parent, and someone who has poured my heart, savings, and energy into keeping this space open for the neighborhood I love.

I am trying to:

Catch up on past-due bills

Maintain our staff and avoid layoffs

Keep our doors open while we work toward long-term stability

Most importantly, I am trying to not get myself sick from working with no days off.

I also understand that not everyone is in a position to donate and that is completely okay. Support comes in many forms. A simple share, repost, or word-of-mouth recommendation goes a long way. Even choosing to dine with us, attend our events, or bring a friend helps more than you may realize.
