Help Rosalynn with her fight against Stage 3 lung Cancer
Donation protected
Rosalynn lost her dear husband Don on February 1, 2024. Since then she has not been able to work much with her overwhelming grief.
In June of 2024, Rosalynn’s daughter Samantha and Grandson Logan moved in with her to help support her.
In August they received some devastating news that her Grandson Logan had been diagnosed with Type 1 diabetes. With this diagnosis for Logan who was only 6 years old at the time, his mother Samantha had to be a full time caregiver.
In December of 2024, Rosalynn was diagnosed with Spinal Stenosis which caused her to go off work completely as she was no longer able to handle the pain and mobility issues.
In February of 2025, 3 days after the anniversary of her husbands passing, from a massive heart attack, Rosalynn was diagnosed with aggressive stage 3 lung cancer.
Rosalynn and her daughter Samantha are both unable to work as Samantha is now the caregiver for both her mother and her son.
On May 6, 2025 Rosalynn started treatment which involves 3 rounds of chemotherapy and daily radiation for 8 weeks.
Samantha had to put her career search on pause again to be able to drive her mother to Cancer Care everyday. Rosalynn lives 45 minutes away from Cancer care which is where she receives her treatments.
With Rosalynn and her daughter both unable to work this has left them in financial crisis. Not only do they have the stress of fighting cancer, they need to support Logan with his medical condition. Samantha is a single mother and has no health benefits.
Rosalynn and Samantha are finding it extremely hard to keep up with daily expenses, rent and bills.
If you are able to support Rosalynn on her journey to fight Lung cancer and relieve some financial stress from her family it would mean the world to me and her family. Rosalynn is my best friend and this last year has been completely devastating for her and her family.
If you are able to help in any way that would mean the world to this family as it would relieve some stress and Rosalynn can focus on kicking cancers butt as she is a fighter. If you are unable to help I ask that you please consider sharing this page to others that might be able to help.
We are grateful for your words of encouragement and your prayers
