My name is Rosa Yvette Alston Yanarates, and Kayisi has been my faithful companion for nearly 17 years. I rescued him in 2009 when he was just four months old, and from that moment on, he became my child, my comfort, and my constant source of love. Kayisi is a Bichon Frise/Poodle mix who will turn 17 on April 30th. He has lived a long, blessed life, but over the past two years his health has declined. He is now blind and suffers from arthritis, dementia, and loss of appetite. His veterinarian has gently recommended euthanasia, and although my heart is breaking, I know I must do what is best to ease his suffering.
As a disabled senior living on a fixed income, I am humbly asking for help with the costs of euthanasia and cremation so I can keep Kayisi close to me after he crosses the rainbow bridge. Any donation, prayer, or share would mean more than words can express. Your kindness will help me give Kayisi the peaceful farewell he deserves and keep his memory close to my heart.
“Your righteousness is like the highest mountains, Your justice like the great deep. You, Lord, preserve both people and animals.” — Psalm 36:6
Thank you from the bottom of my heart. God bless you.
