HELP ROOTSNWHISKERS CREATE A SAFE HAVEN FOR CATS

My name is Lisa Hudson. You may know me from the YouTube channel ROOTSNWHISKERS. Over the years I've been rescuing cats and kittens with the intent to get them spayed, neutered and find them homes. I've been successful with the majority but I would be lying if I said I was able to save them all and find each one a home. Some of the adults have become TNR kitties and have shelter and food provided on my property. Others have been adopted out or live in various different buildings on my property. I have so many more that come to me for help and I've been unable to do more for them because of lack of space. This is why I need your help, to help them. I have 5 acres and a large barn on my property. 1/4th of this barn isn't being used and would make the perfect space for all the kitties to be together and to also bring in more.(There's also an attached lean to that can be turned into a catio down the road) The problem is that it needs to be insulated in that area and a cooling/heating unit installed. My husband is very handy, so the labor would be provided by him and I. I have the space, the heart and motivation to get this project done but I lack the funds to do it asap. My reason for urgency is the loss of one of the cats that I was feeding. She had been coming around for less than a month, I was unable to trap her in time to have her spayed and she was hit by a car and I buried her in the back yard. 3 months before that I lost one of my rescues to an aortic thrombosis. I spend thousands of dollars a year on vet care and these cats needs. I do it willingly and without complaint. I love to help them. This is why I'm putting my pride aside and asking for help to help them. My goal is to record the process of the barn as it's being finished for them. That way you can see where your money is going. Realistically, this will take several weeks to complete once I reach my goal. I have a Plan A and a Plan B that I will share with you. These are estimates.
