Hello family & friends.

Today my brother Ronnie was burned by an explosion from a fire. He was tending to the trash that was left at the fire where we camp and as he turned around to talk to my uncle, an explosion happened from an aerosol can of sunscreen someone left in their trash bag, leaving 2nd degree burns on Ronnie’s back and left arm. Ronnie’s head of hair was singed as well as some minor burns to his right arm/hand. An Ambulance came to our camp site and transported Ronnie to Winchester Hospital. He was later transported to Johns Hopkins Bayview Medical Center, Burn Unit. He just arrived there. No more details at this time.

Although Ronnie has health insurance, I’m sure his medical expenses and ambulance transports will be expensive. Not to mention Ronnie has a labor intensive job and could be out of work for some time (to be determined) while his burns are healing.
