I am 61 years old for 22 years I took care of my son who was injured by the Dpt vaccine.I became a CNA to care for him.My health went down after he passed away in 2014.He had to have 24/7 care.I had 2 heart attacks.And found out I was born with only one kidney.Now that kidney is dieing im on dialysis. ALSO HEART FAILURE MY wife of 40 years filed for divorce. Now im on disability and living with family.I have to rely on family to get me to and from dialysis center.I have to get my heart fixed first before I can get on the kidney transplant list.So that's my story I don't have a car which would be helpful getting to appointments I hate asking for help from my family.God Bless and thank you for helping Ronnie Prine
