Help Ronnie Fight Police Misconduct & Racial Profiling in Ma

My Name Is Ronnie, and I’m Fighting for Justice
On the morning of June 28, 2024, I became a victim of racial profiling and unconstitutional police abuse in Brockton, Massachusetts By Massachusetts State Police. I was a passenger in a friend’s car that was lawfully pulled over for a supposed “window tint” issue. We were both calm and compliant. The driver showed license and registration.
But I was the one singled out.
I was told to put down my phone, take off my seatbelt, and step out. No reason was given. No crime alleged. I had done nothing wrong.
When I calmly questioned this unlawful order and began filming, they called backup. Minutes later, officers opened my door, pulled me from the vehicle, put me in handcuffs, and searched me and my seat area without consent, warrant, or cause.
They never arrested me.
They never gave me a reason.
They simply released me 30 minutes later—with bruised wrists and lasting trauma.
One officer later admitted:
“I acted on intuition.”

⚖️ Why I’m Suing Under Federal Civil Rights Law
This is a textbook case of:
• Unlawful detention and excessive force (4th Amendment)
• Racial profiling and discrimination (14th Amendment)
• Illegal search and seizure without warrant or probable cause
• Violation of my civil rights under both U.S. and Massachusetts law
I’m filing a civil rights lawsuit under 42 U.S.C. § 1983 and the Massachusetts Civil Rights Act to make sure this doesn’t get swept under the rug.
