Help Ronna fight back!!!

In October my mom Ronna, also known as the “Peapod Lady” was dealing with some serious neck pain. She assumed that it was related to years at the jeweler’s bench, but the pain became extreme, and after an emergency room visit she was diagnosed with Multiple Myeloma, a type of blood cancer. The good news is that it was caught fairly early, and the doctors are optimistic that with the correct treatment the cancer will go into remission for a few years. Fortunately she has insurance which has helped cover her recent surgery and some of the other care, however a significant part of her care is out of network and one particular drug she must take to get the cancer to go into remission is tier 3 so she must pay for that as well. We estimate that we will have to come up with $10,000.00 to cover all of these expenses, and we need your help! 

If you know my mom, you know that she loves to play tennis, go to the theater, is an amazing jewelry designer, and has always been very active in the community. Despite being very independent and self sufficient lady, I feel that she could really use some help right now, and if you have the ability to offer anything toward helping her take her life back, I can’t tell you how grateful our family would be.
