Hey Willow Community!

We wanted to make you aware of a need in the family of one of our own. If you have been lucky enough to meet Mrs. Rona, you’ll have felt her warmth and generous spirit! As one of Willow’s newest floaters, Rona has been in every classroom and already knows every child in the school.

Rona and her husband and children moved to the US from Afghanistan with nothing and have been trying to build a new life here in Decatur. Just as they were beginning to get their feet underneath them, Rona had a car accident outside the school after work and wrecked her car! Thankfully, she is OK but this was a massive set back for them. She has been walking to work since this happened and is finding it difficult without her own transportation.

It would make such a difference to her family if our community could rally to help them get back on their feet. Thank you so much for considering to help with a donation. If not that at this time, just holding a good thought for her and her husband would also be greatly appreciated. Willow, as always, we thank you for your support.
