Our dad is a veteran and father of two with two grandchildren. He is an artist and musician who has donated considerable time, energy, and resources to his community. He has a recent diagnosis of terminal cancer and we do not have the resources to provide the care he needs on our own.

It has been hard to find a facility with room for him, but we have finally found an adult family home with a great reputation and he will get all the care that he needs. The upfront costs, however, are beyond our means - up to $16,000.

He is in urgent need of this care.
