Meet my friend Ronald—who has remained resilient, hardworking, resourceful, and buoyant in spite of navigating an unexpected and challenging chapter in his life. After several years of pursuing his degree abroad, Ronald was forced to return to Kenya due to unforeseen circumstances—a mental health crisis and difficulties extending his student visa. This abrupt change left his education interrupted and his future uncertain.

The Challenge:

Reintegrating into life in Kenya has been incredibly difficult. After being away for so long, Ronald faced culture shock, financial struggles, and the absence of family support—both of his parents have passed away. With a tough job market making it nearly impossible to secure employment, meeting even the most basic daily expenses has become a significant challenge.

Ronald is doing everything he can to rebuild his life, but he needs a helping hand during this transition.
